Sparkling Apples

A cider made like Champagne, a red fleshed apple, and a family who has worked in this orchard for 5 generations. They are so humble when they talk about their work and so passionate when they talk about their products. For me, it is both a love story and a passion project ; I hope this piece walks just in between. This documentary aims to inform people about an amazing drink we can find in Quebec’s countryside. Also, I would love if it made people discover the beauty of Quebec’s terroir, how precious it is and how much it needs to be preserved.
